Good, hard questions...they fit into questions I kick around about church and structure here.  
ok, Stroope, here&#039;s a tough question I&#039;ve been mulling over with Quette and others (and frankly has been bugging me). I would be interested to hear your take...does serving as a paid minister perpetuate a model of church that leads to unhealthy understanding of church: i.e. that the paid one is the minister and others are not, or a hierarchical view of church?</description>
